Info:Over the past fifteen years our livestock have travelled many kilometres to access agistment. The distant greener pastures where we based our stock during extreme drought conditions, stretched from Wilcannia to Eromanga; Quilpie to Nyngan; Stanthorpe to Bollon; and a few places in between. Visiting the properties provided windows or PORTALS into different worlds, especially when we could no longer use local mulga to keep our breeding stock alive. The paintings in this exhibition depict views into or out from windows and doors. These openings act as portals to our own lives and to completely new experiences.
