- Info: The Past tile has landforms created by using folds of fabric, which is stiffened to make 'ridges' . These suggest body paint patterns, indicating original Indigenous inhabitants' interaction with the land. A stock whip is threaded through these ridges, as is an old spur & pair of rusty dagging shears, in commemoration of hard work within many years of rural industry. I have painted flags representing London, Paris & Australia; the bore head & powerhouse in Thargomindah, emphasizing the importance of early hydro -electricity developments to Bulloo Shire. BULLOO included as text as are noted past citizens, DOWLING & LEAHY. All paint is artist quality acrylic.
